What key outcomes have we achieved?
INCLUDED: Children, young people and their families should have access to high quality services when required and should be assisted to overcome the social, educational, physical, environmental and economic barriers that create inequality.

- Identifying and addressing the needs of all groups of children and young people in need of services (including for example young carers, those affected by substance misuse, those with disabilities, ethnic and other minorities, and care leavers.)
- Overcoming barriers to participation in education, employment and training;

- Supporting transition to adulthood
