I think it's important that staff see the introduction of the model in a positive context. I think, at the moment, we struggle a lot of the time to provide evidence about the positive impact that we play in the vast majority of situations that we become involved in, and this framework will begin to address that. I think the framework will put us in a position where we have to get much clearer and systematic feedback from the people that we provide support for. I think that, sometimes, we get concerned about what that feedback will be. The evidence is that when these sorts of exercises are done, a lot of the feedback is actually very positive. For staff, I think this can be actually a very positive tool to affirm a lot of the work that they are already doing. And clearly, it will address gaps as well and these will need to be looked at. But, in the main, I think this will actually uncover a lot of very, very good, effective work.
